Please Note: Only Members in good standing may display the HOME logo. All use of HOME logos and marketing materials must conform with the terms of the membership agreement (as stated below) which you signed at the time of your membership approval/renewal.

Excerpts from the standard HOME Warranty Program Membership Agreement, Section C. Representations and Sales Agreements

  1. Member is authorized to represent to the public that it is a member of the HOME Warranty Program and to use the HOME logo in its business provided that any contract language or advertising copy which makes reference to HOME or WPMIC must be approved by HOME in writing in advance of its use.
  2. Member shall make no representations concerning HOME that are not contained in the Limited Warranty book, the enrollment form, or the promotional materials provided by HOME, or that are not otherwise pre-approved by HOME. In this connection, Member hereby agrees to indemnify and hold HOME harmless from any unauthorized statement by Member which results in a claim that Member misrepresented the terms of the Limited Warranty.
